1 | Slight bleeding requiring no electrocoagulation |
2 | Slight bleeding requiring occasional electrocoagulation without threatening the SFV |
3 | Slight bleeding requiring frequent electrocoagulation and occasional IPI to minimize the threat of bleeding to the SFV |
4 | Moderate bleeding requiring frequent electrocoagulation and frequent IPI to minimize the threat of bleeding to the SFV |
5 | Severe bleeding, with frequent electrocoagulation and frequent IPI required, and with the SFV severely threatened, and surgery not possible |
